Decent Childhoods: Reframing the fight to end child poverty, is a research project supported by the Webb Memorial Trust.
It examines the pledge to halve child poverty by 2010 and to end it by 2020, and proposes a new framework of Decent Childhoods for policy and campaigning in this area.
